I ordered this from highwood-usa.com putting it together was way easier than I thought it would be. The holes actually lined up, the parts were labeled well, and I got it done quick without any real headache. Definatly a nice change from some other stuff I’ve assembled.

I ordered the brown one, but when it showed up, it looked way more red than it did in the website photos. Not really what I was expecting.

I had to reach out to Highwood with a question about my order. They did eventually get back to me, but it took a bit longer than I was hoping, and I had to follow up once. The person I talked to was nice and sorted things out in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience—just average overall.

In the end, Highwood took care of the issue, so I’m happy enough with how it turned out. I’d give it 4 stars because the warranty support was solid, even if it wasn’t the fastest.

One of our chairs developed a small crack in the arm near the screw after we’d had it for about a year. I sent their support team some photos along with the order info and waited a few days before hearing back.
Once they did respond, though, they were easy to deal with and approved the replacement part without turning it into a big back-and-forth. The new piece arrived in good shape and matched well, so overall it was a decent experience.

At first I thought it felt comfortable, or maybe that was after I’d been sitting for a little while, I can’t remember. Either way, it’s okay for short sitting, but after some time it starts to feel less comfortable. Not terrible, just not something I’d want to sit on for hours.

Chair feels sturdy and it looks nice too. I’m really happy with it so far, no complaints.

Just a heads up for anyone ordering from Highwood: my delivery actually showed up a couple days earlier than I expected. I got the tracking info quickly, and the whole shipping process was smoother than I thought it would be. The box had a few scuffs on it, so definitely check your package when it arrives, but everything inside mine was packed well and had no damage. Overall, it was an easy order and I didn’t have any issues...

It’s definitely low maintenance and easy to take care of, which I appreciated. But the shipping took longer than expected, that kind of made me lose some trust in the whole experience. I don’t mind waiting a bit, but when it takes longer than promised, it’s frustrating.

For what I paid, I’m happy with it. It may not be the absolute best out there, but the quality is solid and it feels worth the money overall.

I was kind of wondering how these chairs would look after sitting through a bunch of rain and a really hot summer, but they’ve done well. The color still looks good, which was my main worry. I did notice one small scuff, and I was like, okay, not ideal, but it’s nothing major. Overall, they still look nice and feel solid
